Is the inspection really free?
Yes. No trip charge, no obligation, and you keep the photo report. We make our money building roofs, not inspecting them.
Do I need to be home?
For the roof itself, no. For the walk-through of what we found, it helps. Most homeowners do the report review by phone with the photos texted over.
My insurance company already scheduled an inspection. Can you still come?
Yes, and ideally before it, so you have our photo report and written estimate in hand. If you'd like us on site during their inspection to show the damage we documented, tell us the date and time.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. You choose your contractor, not your insurer. We provide the written estimate and photo report; you can share them with any insurance company.
